Where you can relax, let go of stress, and let the sounds take you on a journey within yourself.
We will begin the afternoon with some Pranayama Yoga Breathing Exercises, and then you will lie down on your yoga mat and relax.

EVENT - Donation to DVR
This ticket includes entrance to the EVENT and the GET-TOGETHER, where home made soup, bread and snacks will be served. We also make a fire whenever the weather allows it. Looking forward!! ALL THE PROCEEDS GO TO DE VRIJE RUIMTE SCHOOL.
