EMOTIONAL TRIGGERS by Laura Fraticelli - Workshop & Get Together

An emotional trigger is when something that is happening in the present moment activates pain from the past in us.

We experience the now through the filters of the past.

When this happens, we might overreact and go into what is called “survival mode”.

We might get angry; we might want to leave the room or just freeze.

Behind every trigger we experience there is a belief that we created in the past that is not serving us.

In this workshop, I will show you how to identify and shift those root beliefs that we created that disempower us.

Because EVERY single time we get trigger is an opportunity to get closer to ourselves, to find any voice is us that is not aligned with the truth of who we are.

Using a methodology that combines psychology, neuroscience and meditation, I will show you effective ways to re-write the programs and beliefs from which we react when we get triggered.

So, we can live and enjoy the now without the filters of the past,

we can be free of the past

and step into a more authentic version of ourselves.

To keep an intimate setting this workshop will be limited to 11 participants.

After the workshop, we will share some delicious soup and bread and gather around a fire to share our experiences.
