When we get triggered, we see the present through the filters of our past. Behind every trigger there is a belief that we created in the past. In this workshop, we will learn effective and practical ways to recognise and shift these root beliefs that don't serve us.

About the event
An emotional trigger is when something that is happening in the present moment activates pain from the past in us.
We experience the now through the filters of the past.
When this happens, we might overreact and go into what is called “survival mode”.
We might get angry; we might want to leave the room or just freeze.
Behind every trigger we experience there is a belief that we created in the past that is not serving us.
In this workshop, I will show you how to identify and shift those root beliefs that we created that disempower us.
