Join us for a relaxing sound healing bath with Tibetan singing bowls.
Where you can relax, let go of stress, and let the sounds take you on a journey within yourself.
We will begin the afternoon with some Pranayama Yoga Breathing Exercises, and then you will lie down on your yoga mat and relax.
